of The Tashkent State Technical University named after Abu Raykhan Beruni



1.    
Tashkent State Technical University named after Abu Raykhan Biruni (further in the text written as TSTU) was established according to the decree №2524 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “About the arrangements on further improvement of the activity of Tashkent State Technical University” dated on May 2, 2016, order №182 of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated on May 6, 2016, order №01/9-05-209 of the TSTU dated on May 12, 2016. The university enters the organizational structure of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2.     TSTU is considered the higher educational state establishment and engages in educational mission on implementation of the main and supplementary educational programs of the higher education, likewise brings to effect the educational-pedagogical and scientific-methodological and other activities, accommodates the educational services on the base of legislative enactions of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3.     In its activity TSTU follows the Constitution, keeps the Law "On Education", National program on personnel training, the decisions of the Chambers of Parliament, Decrees, the decisions and resolutions of the President, also the present Statute.

4.    
TSTU is a legal entity. It has distinctive special effects at the operational management and is respond to its responsibilities on the existing property. It has right on behalf of its name to acquire property, take action on economic and moral rights, enter into a liability, act in the court as a plaintiff or defendant.
