Summary:
The focus group of the project is the teachers of social sciences and
humanities of TSTU (psychology and pedagogy, education for vocational, technical, and professional competence, career
development, andragogy and intercommunication).
- The main goal of the project is to advance professional competences of participating faculty members, namely the instructive and distinctive capabilities, intercultural communication, project management, language (English, Czech for Uzbek team and Russian and Uzbek for Czech team) skills within the framework and duration of the project.
The other intended aims of the project are the followings:
- establishment and development of partnership schemes among participating institutions by academic exchanges, learning best practices, exchange of experiences, and acquirement of new teaching and learning methods.
- integration and dissemination of the obtained knowledge, skills and experiences into academic processes at home universities.
- Broadening of the worldview of students by introducing an international perspective on many issues by the help of international academics.
