On November 12, 2019, the Uzbek-Japan week of education and science, organized by the leadership of Tashkent State Technical University and Nagoya University, ended at the Uzbek-Japan Innovation Center of Youth.
During the Uzbek-Japan week of education and science, professors Yokio Ishida and Hara Susumu of the Nagoya University Department of Engineering held a series of lectures and seminars.
Talented undergraduate and graduate students of Tashkent State Technical University took an active part in this week.
On the last day of November 12, 2019, a test exam was conducted for students in order to identify the level of knowledge gained during participation in the Uzbek-Japan Week of Education and Science. Based on the results of the test exam, the Japanese side will select 2-3 best students who next year will be able to receive invitations for internships in one of the laboratories of the faculty of engineering at Nagoya University.
At the end of the test exam, with the participation of the leadership of Tashkent State Technical University in the person of Vice-Rector for International Relations Mannanov U.V., professor of the University of Nagoya Yokio Ishida, head of the department of international relations of the University of Nagoya, Mrs. Yuriko Nishizaki and director of the Uzbek-Japan Innovation Center of Youth Khaltursunov E.B. a ceremony of presenting certificates to participants of the Uzbek-Japan week of education and science on behalf of Nagoya University was held. The events were held in a friendly and warm atmosphere.
